此案位於Redondo Beach 旁，美麗的加州陽光海岸20多年的老屋，我們J紐約總監隻身一人返美，獨自丈量規劃大改動線設計，從面試加州全新工班整棟打除到選材，各項細節神速的在3個月內將不可能的任務完美完工。

The best crew! 今年4/01動工，7/10全家入住，從打除修整到增建樓板、選材、選色重新搭配，連同業都說不可能的任務在短短三個月內完成老屋翻新超美獨棟。 這次總監在加州新家，小屋主果凍醬兩位小姐妹指定新家要白色、金色、粉紅色～只要屋主的期許一定要讓她們美夢成真～

The second part of the long-anticipated After series for the old house renovation/flipping is here!
Our crew has been so looking forward to a vacation and the Olympics in 2028! 🎉
This project is located near Redondo Beach, along the stunning California coastline. The 20+ year-old house was completely transformed by our Director of Design, who personally returned to the U.S. to take charge of the project. From precise measurements and redesigning the layout to interviewing an entirely new California construction crew, overseeing demolition, material selection, and more, every detail was handled meticulously. In just three months, what seemed like an impossible mission was perfectly accomplished.

Project began on April 1st and the family officially moved in on July 10th! From demolition and structural adjustments to new flooring installation, materials selection and colors rearrangements, every step was executed with precision. Even the prremarked on this incredible feat of transforming an old house into a stunning single-family home in just three months.
For this new California home, the two young homeowners—sisters nicknamed “Jelly Sauce”—specifically requested their dream colors: white, gold, and pink! The director made sure their dreams came true by creating a home as enchanting as they envisioned.
To enhance functionality, the director redesigned the layout of three bathrooms, ensuring each space is bright, spacious, and optimally utilized. Additionally, a home office was built on the second floor, and a new guest room was added on the first floor. The result is a stunning single-family home with five bedrooms and three bathrooms that perfectly blends functionality with aesthetics.
Soft, elegant color tones blend with classical and graceful curves throughout the space, complemented by natural, refined stone materials to create a sense of stability and grandeur. Gold accents highlight the details, bring out a pure and timeless elegance, and deliver an understated luxury style.
Balancing classical and modern elements, this home achieves both aesthetic and practicality, perfectly showcasing the director’s philosophy: “The simpler the materials, the more mastery of proportion and line is revealed.” This project has successfully created a classically elegant and beautiful home for a family of four.
